A lovely quiet location. Friendly staff. A large bedroom with huge ensuite. Fabulous private pool.

Resort is a little run down. No beach access when the tide is in.

The Pool Villa was a Highlight. Very spacious 2 bedroom pool villa, pool is large, room is very nice. Location is close to Chaweng Shopping, Restaurants and markets. Staff was friendly and helpful

The Hotel is at the shore, but there is no Beach, water is right to the Kai, with a ladder to enter the water, very narrow Beach section that belongs to the hotel. Quite some Renovation needed, some facilities are AC etc. Are old. AC Went off and required Service several times. Breakfast okay, but Not many Options

Size of the room. Room itself very nice. Breakfast restaurant. Staff is very helpful and fast.

Property is dated. Need some renovation. The pool was not usable since the filtration system was out of service.

Lovely stay, friendly staff!

Property is well maintained and gardens looks lovely. Location is far enough from the noise but close enough to walk to the centre. Staff was friendly and very accomodating when we asked to change the mattress.

Breakfast buffet was limited and repetitive.

Satisfactory

The property was in a good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The main pool was dirty and could clearly see it wasn’t maintained or cleaned on a regular basis. There was also a lot of building work taking place.

Comfortable stay with nice beach with crashing waves for swimming

Away from the full moon crowd. The beach is fantastic at first I thought the waves were too strong for swimming but actually it’s was so much fun to dive into the waves. Not great for small kids though.

Has mosquitoes (like most of the island to be fair) but they fumigate it few times a week. You will need transport to get around the island can’t really walk as I tried.

Good value for money accommodation and worth a stay.

The rooms are a good size and very good value for money. Staff were very helpful, courteous and generally very good at looking after its guests.

Briza was under significant renovation during our stay with work into most nights. Breakfast menu very repetitive and needs some variety.

No beach or pool towels supplied - even though we had a pool in our room The plunge pool in the room wasn’t the cleanest and to have the bubbles on and off we had to call to reception Overall the resort could do with a bit of modernisation

Nice relax time with good ocean view

It was so relaxed for me to take a little rest in Briza! Room is very comfortable! Nice balcony with fresh ocean breeze.

The main beach is not ready for high season, but luckily there are a lots of beaches around resort also.

Great value for the price!

We booked a garden view pool suit, but they gave us a sea-view pool suit (without us asking) and at no extra charge! It’s evident that the hotel is older, but it was clean and everything working. The staff was very helpful and kind. We took a walk on the beach and I lost our room key, but the staff was very accommodating and chill about it. Overall, it was a good experience, we would stay again!

The table on the patio was wrapped in wicker, but it was quite old so all of the wicking was crumbling off and sticking to our arms when we sat up to it... but that’s an easy fix.. it wasn’t enough for us to actually say anything about it during our stay.

Had a really good holiday at the Briza

The staff are excellent the hotel and in particular the room was very clean the staff very efficient and attentive. Any requests they sorted immediately

No problems at all enjoyed our visit and for the price I would recommend it as a holiday destination

Big room, good value

The duplex is very spacious and was great value when we stayed. The room was very close to the pool with its own veranda space. Staff are attentive and friendly. Mini bar is very fairly priced.

It's hard to review since we were one of only a few occupants in this huge resort post covid. I am sure the location used to be better but so many of the surrounding businesses have closed. It's a shame they still use single use plastic bottles for water and toiletries.

Very Good

The staff!! They were so friendly and helpful!! Absolutely lovely people. The breakfast had a great variety of food and it was very tasty. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, so well kept

We got the room with the plunge pool when it was going for half price, loved the pool but the room was a bit disappointing. A friend was staying in the hotel at the same time, they got a normal room but it was fabulous!! They had an amazing bath and the layout of the room was amazing. So I was a bit disappointed that our room wasn't like that considering the price we paid. There wasn't many bed around the pool to sun bath but they had a good few up by the beach.

Great hotel

The location is ok, it's a little far to walk right into Chaweng to the markets and you have to get a taxi if you want to go elsewhere, but the hotel itself was lovely. Our room was lovely and spacious. You have to be a little careful in the bathroom as there's windows at the top which technically the room behind can see into from their balcony! The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and space to sit.

The curtains were a little thin so if you don't have a mask to sleep in (which luckily we did) the sun may well wake you up! We had one minor issue with our next door neighbour, coming in after a night out, clearly quite drunk and had lost his room key, but the hotel did what they could to resolve it and he didn't wake us again. We're not sure where the main pool is as we never found it (the one on the main hotel picture) but we tended to go to the beach each day. The rooms looking out onto the sea with their own private pool looked lovely, but not very private as you're also over-looking the main beach bar, so just be aware if you plan to book one of those rooms.

Overall, a nice property in good location, close to the beach. Facilities are a little dated though.

Service was lovely and was quick in fixing a few hiccups we experienced. We booked a duplex, which was very dated but it was no trouble to change to different room type (family room) which was super.

The beach in front of the hotel was very dirty. We understand it's not the properties fault (other nearby properties maintained their beachfront much better though) and it really affected the vibe.
